Subscriptions and billing

• Paid features may require an active subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, according to the plan terms shown at checkout.
• We may change pricing or plans; any changes apply prospectively as permitted by law.

Not investment advice

The Service provides information and tooling for prediction markets. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are responsible for your decisions and risk.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of rate limits.
• No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
